In cooperation with the University of Bergen (UiB) a 4-year recruitment program; the Starting Grant programme, has been established to achieve this goal.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]The program calls for nominations each year and the foundation normally awards 3 scholarships.
